Summer Term learning - Ancient Greeks

Our topic this term focuses on the Ancient Greeks. We will be learning about how the Greeks influenced our lives yet they did not come to Britain; how Greece was not a country as such but a group of city states; what united and divided Athens and Sparta; Greek life and Gods; the influence on our lives today such as language, architecture, the Olympic Games, philosophy and science plus much more.

Our English work will be based on texts related to the topics, such as Greek myths and Percy Jackson and The Lightning Thief

We will set homework each Monday, which is due in on Friday.
