Welcome to the Spring Term

In our topic work this term, we will be finding out about Earth & Space and Forces.  Out topic is called:

'What Goes Up Must Come Down'

In Science, we will find out about the planets of the solar system, time zones and the phases of the moon. After half-term, we will focus on Forces - we will find out about gravity, friction, air/water ressistance and balanced/unbalanced forces.

In Geography, we will be learning about the geographical features of Europe and comparing to Britain.

Our English learning will be through texts related to the topics, such as On a Beam of Light by Jennifer Berne and The Jamie Drake Equation by Christopher Edge.

Homework

We will set homework each Monday, which is due in on Friday.
